ORDERS
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed and shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays outside of our control.

FINAL SALE
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged or defective, contact us at forevayoungsupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution when applicable.

ORDER ISSUES
Any issue with an order should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Forever Young USA reserves the right to request photographs or other information necessary to verify an order issue.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, details, sizing, and photographs. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting and your device display.

PAYMENTS
By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize payment for the total amount shown at checkout.

All Forever Young USA branding, graphics, photographs, designs, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to Forever Young USA and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
